Thank you for shopping at Artistic Bundle. Because all our products are digital downloads, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1.1 Digital Products — No Returns All products sold on Artistic Bundle are digital in nature (e.g., digital art files, templates, bundles, printables). Due to the nature of digital goods:
All sales are final once the digital product has been delivered or downloaded.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products after delivery.
Refunds will NOT be issued if you simply change your mind or no longer need the product.
1.2 When We Do Offer Refunds
We may issue a full refund in the following exceptional cases:
You were charged but did not receive access to the digital file.
The file is corrupted, broken, or technically defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate charge).

1.4 Non-Refundable Situations
Purchases made by mistake after the download has been accessed.
Incompatibility with your software — please check file requirements before purchasing.
Partial use of a bundle — if any file in a bundle is used, the full bundle is considered delivered.
